Oh man have the last few days been rough! We are staying with my parents until our house is done, well... Someone caught the stomach bug and my little Nora got it on a Tuesday over Wednesday morning... The hubby caught it Wed evening, I got middle of the night same night, So did Nora AGAIN and baby Charlie! Then Thursday morning while my family of 4 was trying to survive upstairs, my dad had caught it... needless to say it was horrible and how my mom didn't catch it I will never know... but 3 cans of lysol and what seems like a hundred loads of laundry later we've gotten over it.... KNOCK ON WOOD and PRAYERS! This was the first time my Little lady had ever been sick in all her 3.5 years of life! and then to have my new little man sick was heartbreaking! With all that said, Sunday came and the weather was beautiful and my little family of 4 went to the local state park and had a wonderful morning! then spent the day with the rest of the family!
That has been my low key week! I'm really hoping I will get to write a little more this coming week!

Garth Brooks....
This year (April 2nd) was my 29th Birthday and because I have awesome family members, My sisters, myself and our mom was able to go see Garth in concert! Let me just say, if you ever have the opportunity to go see him live while he is still out touring stop reading this now and buy your tickets! His wife, Trisha Yearwood was supposed to join him but since she couldn't make the show we were at, it was just him and since we were the last show of the weekend he played for hours! we got an amazing 3 hour concert from him and it was everything I ever dreamed of! The only song I really wanted him to do and he didn't was Red Strokes and thats because I remember watching CMT for hours as a little girl waiting for that video to come on. Him in his white suit, on the white piano and all the strokes of color (Paint) showing up.... even without that song it was by far the best concert i had ever seen! I would go to every show from here on out if I could afford tickets and travel!

new blog...new adventure
Well here we go, another blog because my old one that I neglected lost its domain and I didn't try to figure it all out... we are currently on a new adventure- We added the fourth member to our family this past December... Now we are a Mama, Daddy, Nora Jane and Charlie- Family of 4! its been very exciting and along with that we discovered the apartment we had only been living in for a few months was completely infested with mold under the flooring-SO we had to up and leave, meaning moving in to my parents house which luckily for us is plenty big enough for us to stay until our home is built! We may have 2 more months before its done and ready for us to move in but it is a new home, and its ours! We get to pick everything we want- needless to say I can not wait!
I have big plans for when we get into this home! I will be starting to make embroidered shirts and vinyl items to sell and hopefully make a little money to help with family spending- I am a stay at home wife and mother and have been since 2011- Our Daughter was born in 2012 so I've been doing this a while now!
My goal for this blog is to just use it as a journal more or less- post things we are doing, family updates, crafts, home updates, recipes i've tried, just life in general! I also love to do reviews for movies and shows! I'm sure I will have those as well!
Also I have been using the Konmari method of tidying up (Before we had to leave our apartment and packed our stuff into a storage unit) so I may post on that topic as well. Other topics I may touch base on are weight loss or lifestyle changes since that is what I'm currently working on. I have a LOT of weight I need to lose and so far I have cut pop completely from my diet and introduced tea- I have a cup of coffee in the morning, water all day long and a nice warm sleepy time tea at night. I feel so much better right off the bat!
I hope you enjoy this ride with me!
